I personally do not recommend jogging for those who are over-weight as it will hurt your knees and bring about knee joint complications down the road. Just take it easy and make sure you sweat. There is no need to rush.

Making it a habit to take a glass of water 30 minutes before your meal time is a good trick and it serves 2 purposes. Firstly, water helps to metabolize your fats better and secondly drinking water makes you feel “full” before your meal, thus helping you to eat less as a result.

Now, this is also my personally opinion from what I have seen. Any processed food will contain a certain amount of chemicals. They come in the form of preservatives, sugar and other additives that you just won’t know until you read the labels. In certain cases, they do not even appear in the label because certain countries just do not require the companies to declare such substances. So what is my point? If you can, go organic, or at least reduce your consumption of processed food.
